Abstract:
PURPOSE: To eliminate the generation of a large noise or scattering of metal tailings to the circumstances at the time of transferring metal tailings in a transporting vessel to a throwing chute.
CONSTITUTION: This transferring apparatus for metal tailings comprises a first arm 10 for inverting upside down a throwing chute 5 on a support base 7 to move it above a conveying mechanism 19, and an arm 26 for inverting upside down a transporting vessel 20 above the mechanism 19 to move it to the base 7, wherein the chute 5 is superposed on the vessel 20 and moved to the base 7, thereby transferring the tailings in the vessel 20 to the chute 5.
