To transfer a cast product in the high temp. state without generating hitting mark and product crack caused by the dropping shock and to prevent the occurrence of noise by perpendicularly fixing many wire rod collective bundles on the surface of a chute body through a holding frame.
The chute device 3 is slopingly disposed between an upstream device 1 and a downstream device 2. The chute device 3 fixes plural holding frames 5, 5 on the surface of the chute body 4, and in each holding frame 5, 5, many wire rod collective bundles 6, 6 cutting off wire rope are perpendicularly fixed. Then, it is desirable that the diameter of the wire rod collective bundle 6, 6 is 10-15 mm from the points of the shock absorption and the noise prevention, etc. When the cast product W in the high temp. state is dropped onto the chute device 3 from the upstream device 1, this product is hit to the many wire rod collective bundles 6, 6, and the wire rod collective bundles 6, 6 are elastically deformed. At this time, these bundles absorb the shock and receive the cast product, and further, the cast product W is shifted with the slow speed of sliding-drop in contact with the wire rod collective bundles 6, 6 and transferred to the downstream device 2.
