Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make it possible to remove automatically all of the broken pieces of a thin tabular board from the upper surface of a working table when the thin tabular board is broken on the upper surface of the working table in the case where the thin tabular board, such as a printed board, is transferred from the upper surface of the table to a stage, such as a magazine stage, adjacent to an exclusion side by a collet head with vacuum-suction pads.
CONSTITUTION: A crack in a thin tabular board on the upper surface of a working table 2 is detected, a collet head 12 first vacuum-sucks the tine tabular board on the upper surface of the table 2 on the basis of this crack signal to ascend and after a broken piece receiving box is positioned almost directly under the head 12, the vacuum-suction of the thin tabular board is released, then, the air is blown off on the upper surface of the table 2 through an air nozzle 13.
