To provide a method which performs automation of secondary processing of thermally transferring a pattern of a picture or a character and the like, or sticking a label of a bar code and the like to an injection molding and hence reduces a product cost.

A method having the steps of grasping a molding S1 molded by an injection molding machine 1 by a removing unit 2, taking it out of a mold, moving the molding S1 to a transfer unit 3 (or a label sticking unit) disposed near the machine 1, transferring it to a temporary fixing unit 3a of the unit 3, then thermally transferring a pattern of a picture or a character and the like to the molding S1, then removing the molding S1 from the unit 3a, and sending it to a conveying line is adopted. Thus, the thermal transfer (or label laminating) is conducted in line without intermediary of a human hand.
