PURPOSE: To transform the surface of a ferrite type stainless part into a mirror surface equivalent to an austenite type stainless part by polishing the mirror surface after a laser is radiated to the surface in a part composed of ferrite stainless.
CONSTITUTION: A laser is radiated on a surface part 1 of a ferrite type stainless part, and a reginning part 2 is dissipated from this part 1. Simultaneously with this, reginning and inter-reginning layers 3 are also dissipated, and a uniform condition is formed. Next, in this way, the surface part 1 of the ferrite stainless part formed by radiating the laser to the surface is polished into a mirror surface. As a result, an extremely smooth polished surface 4 can be obtained, and the mirror surface equivalent to austenite type stainless can be obtained.
