To provide a transformer for a broadcast wave distributor capable of rapidly improving gain of signal transmission.
In the transformer for a broadcast wave distributor, one distribution transformer 1 being an approximately cylindrical ferrite core provided with one signal line insertion hole 1a for inserting signal lines L(L1, L3) for transmitting a broadcast wave, and two impedance transformers 2, 2 of a ferrite core having two cylindrical holes 2a, 2b formed in parallel are formed into an integrated part via signal lines L (L1, L2, L3 and L4)by winding the signal lines L (L1, L3) inserted into the signal line inserting hole 1a around each of two cylindrical holes 2a, 2b. In this transformer, the signal lines (pair of L1 and L2 or pair of L3 and L4) are constrictively twisted so that the last winding connecting the one 2a of the two cylindrical holes 2a, 2b of the transformer 2 with the other 2b may form a straight line on a plan view where the two cylindrical holes 2a, 2b of the transformer 2 are viewed.
