PURPOSE: To remove unbalance of ground static capacity and other defects and also to miniaturize a transformer by an arrangement wherein a capacitance is formed between a high-tension winding and a low-tension winding of the transformer and also between the high-tension winding and a ground, and the capacitor is made available for using as a carrying filter.

CONSTITUTION: By forming a static capacity of high-tension capacitance between a high-tension winding 8 and a low-tension winding 9 of a transformer and also between the high-tension winding 8 and a ground, the capacitor can be used as that of distribution line carrying filter, and accessories such as matching transformer, low-tension condenser and protecting cap which form the distribution line carrying filter can be enclosed in a transformer tank or mounted on outside wall of the transformer tank. Therefore, the filter can be miniaturized conspicuously, a problem on pole installation can be settled, attenuation of a carrier current can be decreased in addition, thus preventing a ground static capacity of the distribution line from being unbalanced.
