Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transformer which is compact and has high withstand voltage characteristics.SOLUTION: A transformer 1 according to the present invention includes a transformer body 10. The transformer body 10 includes a substrate 11 made of an insulating material, a primary-side conductor layer 20 provided in the substrate 11 and electrically connected to a primary-side terminal 17, and a secondary-side conductor layer 25 provided in the substrate 11 and electrically connected to a secondary-side terminal 18. The primary-side conductor layer 20 and the secondary-side conductor layer 25 are laminated to each other via an insulating material. Protrusions 13 and recesses 14 are formed on at least a part of a surface of the substrate 11 between the primary-side terminal 17 and the secondary-side terminal 18.
