To provide a transformer for rectification for higher harmonies optimal as a low-voltage, large-current power supply wherein diodes of small capacity can be used by branching large current and fluctuation in output voltage can be reduced by wiring so as to minimize inductance, by connecting a diode to a large number of individual electrode portions branched from the winding.
One end of the secondary winding of the transformer is split to form a large number of electrode portions, and the other end of the secondary winding is split to form a large number of electrode portions opposite the electrode portions of the one end. A diode for rectification is respectively placed between the opposite electrode portions to form the transformer for rectification for higher harmonies with the large number of the diodes for rectification placed in parallel.
