Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize a transformer by extending and winding an end of a metallic foil with a lead terminal connected, covering a connection of the lead terminal connected to the metallic foil with the metallic foil and separating other metallic foils from a lead.
SOLUTION: Ends of metallic foils 21a, 21b are extended to cover primary lead terminal connections 29a, 29b and secondary lead terminal connections 30a, 30b with the metallic foils 21a, 21b. Thus lead terminals 24a to 24d are prevented from being in direct pressure-contact with an insulating sheet 25 for altering and deteriorating in insulation. In this manner thickness of the insulating sheet 25 can be reduced, thickness of insulation 31 between coils can be reduced or made to thickness similar to the insulating sheet, thereby allowing a transformer to be downsized.
