PURPOSE: To improve a heat radiating property and to suppress a rise in temperature of a coil by a method wherein a putty-type heat-transmitting material, which is a mixture of a liquefied thermosetting resin, an unorganized fibrous reinforcing material and fillers, are filled in between a core and a coil and then they are hardened.
CONSTITUTION: A coil 5, having an insulation layer on the exterior circumferential surface which is consisted of an insulating tape and a resin mold, is installed on a laminated core 7 of EI-type, EE-type, UU-type, UI-type, etc. A sheetlike heat-transmitting material of putty type is placed between the coil and a core 7, it is heated at a temperature of 200W250°C for five hours, for example, and a filling and hardening processes are performed. Then putty-type heat-transmitting material 8 is a mixture consisted of a liquefied thermosetting resin of polyester, phenol, epoxy, etc., an unorganized fibrous reinforcing material of glass, asbestos, etc. and unorganized fillers. Also, as a heat-transmitting material 8, a material which is formed into sheet type and having a resin film 9 of polyester or the like may be used.
