Abstract:
PURPOSE: To attain miniaturization and low power consumption by connecting a collector and a base of a transistor (TR) with a resistor and grounding the base.
CONSTITUTION: The emitter of a TR12 driven by an output of a TR drive circuit 7 is grounded and the collector is connected to a load and to the base via a resistor 13. When the output of the circuit 7 is opened, the collector of the TR12 is biased by a load power supply 6. When the output of the circuit 7 is grounded, since the base potential of the TR12 is 0V, the TR12 is shifted to the off-state. When the power supply 2 is disconnected next, since the output of the circuit 7 is opened, the TR12 is turned on.
