Abstract:

To provide an amorphous alloy which has excellent releasability from a die, and a method for producing the same.

The method for producing a transition metal particle-dispersed alloy includes: a master alloy producing step of melting and mixing a plurality of metals forming an amorphous alloy having a glass transition region of ≥20°C to produce a master alloy; and a metal particle dispersion step of dispersing particles composed of transition metal with a melting point higher than that of the master alloy into the master alloy while performing heating to the melting point of the master alloy or above and also to the melting point of the transition metal or below by an arc melting method. The transition metal particle-dispersed alloy is obtained by the method.
