Abstract:
PURPOSE:To delete an original sentence and a translated sentence by using a displaying device simply and to handle the device easily by using the displayed phrase in the original sentence or the translated sentence, retrieving a translating dictionary, and deleting the phrase from the above-mentioned dictionary when the equivalent phrase exists. CONSTITUTION:The original sentence translated from an input part 1 of the translating prossing device is added to an original sentence buffer memory 2 and a control part 5, and the original sentence from the memory 2 is added to a translating device main body 3. The translated word registered corresponding to the original word and the translated word registered newly to a translated word dictionary 4 connected to the main body 3 are stored identifying. To the original sentence inputted from the input part 1, the main body 3 refers to the dictionary 4, converts the translated sentence and adds to the control part 5 and a translated sentence buffer memory 7. The translated sentence and the original sentence corresponding to this are displayed to a displaying device 6 respectively. The phrase of the translated sentence or the original sentence displayed by the device 6 is designated by the control part 5, based upon the designated phrase, the dictionary 4 is searched, when the newly registered translated word exists, the phrase is deleted and the handling of the device is easily handled.
