In the translucent electromagnetic wave shielding member, a print pattern 10, having line width of 5-40 μm and satisfying formula (1): 1≤Sk/Ss≤9 (1) [in the formula, Ss is the total surface area of a printed region on the surface of a transparent substrate, Sk is the total surface area of unprinted region] is formed on the surface of the transparent substrate 2, by printing a conductive ink composition containing conductive powder. The print pattern 10 is then fired at 250-600°C to constitute an electromagnetic wave shield pattern 1. The print pattern is formed through intaglio offset printing.
