PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a translucent heat shielding cloth capable of satisfying lighting property, heat-shielding property and heat-insulating property without impairing flexibility of cloth.SOLUTION: A translucent heat shielding cloth 10 has: a cloth 12; an adhesion layer 14 made of bond and/or pressure sensitive adhesive agent; and a transparent heat-shielding laminate 16 in this order, in which the transparent heat-shielding laminate 16 is made of a metal layer 18 and a protective layer 20, visible light transmittance is 50% or more, and infrared absorption rate of the protective layer 20 is 40% or less, the protective layer 20 is arranged further from the metal layer 18 with respect to the adhesion layer 14 and the protective layer 20 covers the surface of the metal layer 18 to be exposed on the surface, and index of flexibility of the transparent heat-shielding laminate 16 which is expressed by value A of Formula (1) below is 120% or less.
