To obtain a material for a translucent lifting curtain of a plain style which restrains and prevents light from leaking from pinholes of the curtain material.
The material for a translucent lifting curtain includes a first material, a second material superposed on the first material and made of a translucent material, and one or more material connecting tapes to connect the first material and the second material and joined to the first material by sewing. The second material has pinholes in a position corresponding to at least one material connecting member linking portion, and at least some of the material connecting member connects the first material and the second material by passing through the pinholes. The shortest distance between the tape sewing position where the material connecting tape is sewn and joined to the first material and the material connecting member linking portion is 1 mm or more. A translucent member made of a translucent material larger than the pinhole is included in the position corresponding to the pinhole between the material connecting tape and the first material.
