PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take away load acting upon an intermediate shaft rapidly after the termination of synchronism in order to smoothly engage a sleeve with a hub after the termination of synchronism.
SOLUTION: An oil pump 15 is connected to an intermediate shaft 12 of a speed change gear through a clutch 13, and oil in a gear box 18 is sprinkled on a speed change gear 38 of an output shaft 10 from a top wall part of the gear box 18 through the oil pump 15 and a throttle valve 16. A control device 20 is provided to control the throttle valve 16 and the clutch 13 on the basis of the output of a speed change sensor 35 form detecting the speed change position of a gear shift lever 7, a rotating speed sensor 65 for detecting the rotating speed of the output shaft 10, and a rotating speed sensor 65 for detecting the rotating speed of an input shaft 4.
