PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission belt forming apparatus making it possible to further reduce labor and time needed to manufacture a transmission belt.SOLUTION: A transmission belt forming apparatus 1 includes a mantle 6 and a winding mechanism 3.
