To eliminate any projection to the outside, to facilitate the arrangement of a movable member, and to reduce the labor of a piping work and the cost by setting a brake to freely braking/releasing and interlocking the disengaging/engaging action of a clutch with the braking/releasing action of a brake of each side brake part.
A center gear support 80 for supporting a center gear 81 is laid across in the main body 29 of a transmission case 1 and side clutch parts 82, 83 and side brake parts 84, 85 are coaxially attached thereto across the center gear 81. The respective side brake parts 84, 85 feed/discharge pressure oil from one side wall of the gearbox casing main body 29 through an oil passage formed in the center gear support 80. This constitution can brake/release the brake and at the same time dispense with a hydraulic actuator outside the gearbox casing 1 for interlocking the clutch disengaging/engaging actions of the respective side clutch parts 82, 83 in braking/releasing action of the respective side brake parts 84, 85.
