Abstract:
To easily change transmission characteristics in a PLC network.
Fig.3 shows a configuration example of a transmission characteristic adjusting apparatus 11. The transmission characteristic adjusting apparatus 11 is composed of a switch 22, where one of terminal loads 21-1 to 21-X (X is a specific integer) and a terminal is connected to one of the terminal loads 21-1 to 21-X, and the other is connected to an AC plug 13 via a transformer coil 23. The switch 22 changes the terminal load 21 to be connected corresponding to the rotation operation to a dial 12 by a user. The apparatus can be applied to a modem, or the like, for communicating data via the PLC network.
