PURPOSE: To send efficiently a large capacity the by allowing a reception side node to form a reservation packet and to send it corresponding to the processing enable speed depending on idle state of a reception buffer and allowing plural transmission side nodes to acquire the transmission right in the order of connection of transmission lines and sending a data while using the reservation packet.
CONSTITUTION: Nodes 2 each connected with optional number of terminal equipments 1 are connected in a ring through a transmission line 3 and each node 2 is provided with a branch and insertion control section 4 including a function applying setting control of a reservation flag and a transmission right flag. Then each reception node 2 uses the section 4 to set a reservation flag in packets of the number corresponding to the processing enable speed depending on the data quantity in a reception buffer 5 and sends the packets to the line 3. A transmission side node 2 identifies the reservation flag and the transmission right flag and the transmission side node 2 obtaining the transmission right by the transmission right flag uses the reservation packet to send the data and when an intermission of a prescribed data exists, the transmission right by the transmission right flag is transferred to the next transmission node 2 according to the connection order of the transmission line 3.
