Abstract:
To easily measure a transmission delay even inside a building.SOLUTION: A packet transmission device includes: first reception means for receiving a broadcast signal including specific information unique in a predetermined period, that is, a broadcast signal to be transmitted by a radio wave; packetization means for packetizing the broadcast signal received by the first reception means; and transmission means for transmitting the packet obtained by the packetization means via a network. A measurement device includes: second reception means for receiving the broadcast signal transmitted by the radio wave; specification means for specifying the specific information from the broadcast signal received by the second reception means; third reception means for receiving the packet transmitted via the network; and measurement means for measuring a period since the specific information is specified by the specification means until the corresponding specific information transmitted via the network is received by the third reception means as a transmission delay.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
