Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the mass and volume of a transmission.SOLUTION: A transmission device 8 for vehicle includes an automated manual transmission 12 which is provided with an input shaft 24 and an output shaft 28. The input shaft 24 is selectively connected to an internal combustion engine. The output shaft 28 is mechanically connected to at least one driving wheel of the vehicle. An auxiliary electric machine 36 includes an auxiliary shaft 40 and auxiliary transmission 44 which can be selectively connected to the input shaft 24 and/or output shaft 28 of the automated manual transmission 12. The auxiliary transmission 44 includes a single transmission selection unit 48 which can be moved to three positions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
