Abstract:

To provide a feed chain transmission device of a combine harvester, which scarcely drops waste straws.

This combine harvester in which a powder is transmitted from an engine 13 to travel crawlers 2, 2 through a travel transmission route having a speed change gear disposed therein is characterized by disposing the conveying-starting portion of a feed chain 11 in a state forward extended from the front end portion 4a of the machine body of a threshing portion 4, branching the speed-changed powder from a transmission shaft 21 disposed in the travel transmission route, transmitting the power from the transmission shaft 21 to the feed chain 11 of the threshing portion 4 through a feed chain transmission device, and disposing the transmission shaft 21 and the feed chain transmission device on the rear side from the conveying-starting portion of the feed chain 11 on the side view.
