To converts the indication value of an integrating meter into an electric signal at low cost stably for a long period and to lower the cost for use charge collection by using magnets and magnetic sensors which detect magnetic forces.
The integrating meter is generally closed in a housing 201 and provided with a transparent window part 202 for reading a numeral. Small magnets 203 to 205 are embedded in the circumferential direction of a numeral indication plate 11 of the integrating meter and magnetic sensors 211 to 216 which detect magnetic forces are installed around the numeral indication plate 11 closely to the indication plate. The rod type magnets are embedded in the numeral display plate 11 here, but the corresponding parts of the numeral display plate 11 may partially be magnetized instead. The magnets and magnetic sensors are thus arranged to obtain a different signal at any of positions corresponding to 10 numbers and the position of the numeral display plate 11, i.e., the indication value can be converted into an electric signal.
