To provide a transmission device for rotation driving, shortening a flow path of an oil when forming a flow passage and a flow hole for the oil and allowing smooth flowing of the oil to necessary places.
A torque converter 1 which is the transmission device for rotation driving includes a pump sleeve 6 operating along with a coupling housing 2, an output shaft 9 arranged coaxially with the pump sleeve 6, a mounting part 11 provided on the output shaft 9, and a flange member 12 coupled to the coupling housing 2. An inflow hole 11b formed in the mounting part 11 and a communication hole 12b formed in the flange part 12 are set to incline to the axial direction, and the oil supplied from the flow passage 7a along a stator shaft 7 is supplied to the inside of a clutch through the inflow hole 11b and the communication hole 12b.
