Abstract:
To allow real-time communication to be maintained regardless of the considerable reduction in throughput.
A mobile station device 10 includes: an audio data acquisition part 11 for successively acquiring audio data by a prescribed amount of data; an RTP packet generation part 13 for adding communication control data to audio data acquired by the audio data acquisition part 11 to transmit the audio data as an RTP packet; and a throughput reduction detection part 15 for detecting the reduction in throughput and controlling the prescribed amount of data in accordance with a detection result.
