Abstract:
To provide a transmitter capable of reducing interference of the components of an LL signal with the pilot carrier of an UL signal.SOLUTION: In an UL processing section (11-15), an UL subcarrier signal containing an UL pilot carrier distributed in the frequency direction and the time direction is subjected to IFFT processing of NUL point and an UL modulation signal is generated, in an LL processing section (17-22), an LL subcarrier signal is subjected to IFFT processing of NLL point and an LL modulation signal is generated, in a synthesis section 16, these modulation signals are subjected to timing adjustment and synthesized so that respective start timings match with a prescribed period, before synthesis result, i.e., an LDM signal, is sent out from an antenna 23. At this time, the LL processing section includes a dummy carrier, i.e., an interference rejection carrier for rejecting interference of the LL modulation signal with the UL pilot carrier, in the LL subcarrier signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
