Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission device and the like capable of efficiently reading statistical information.SOLUTION: The transmission device includes a monitoring unit, a determination unit, a storage unit, and a control unit. The monitoring unit monitors data input/output from/to each port, and generates a statistical value for each statistic type of each port. The determination unit determines whether there is an update in the statistical value of the statistical type generated by the monitoring unit. The storage unit stores the statistical type and the statistical value determined to have the statistical value updated by the determining unit. The control unit outputs the statistical type and the statistical value stored in the storage unit at a predetermined timing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
