PURPOSE: To transmit a required item accurately even on emergency by storing a call number and a transmission item in advance to a memory circuit and calling and informing a required notice destination only with the operation of a signal key.

CONSTITUTION: The telephone set is provided with a memory circuit 2, a dialing circuit 3 to a telephone line, a control device 4 controlling them and a transmission key 5. The transmission key 5 is depressed and the control device 4 impresses a memory item of the memory circuit 2 to the dialing circuit 3. The dialing circuit 3 calls at first the destination and detects a reply signal from the opposite party and sends the transmission item. In this case, when plural transmission keys are provided, the control device 4 extracts a relevant memory item from the memory circuit 3 through the depression of any transmission key 5 to impress it to the dial circuit 3 and the dialing circuit 3 calls the opposite party according to the guide and sends the transmission item. Thus, the preset transmission item is sent by only depressing the transmission key 5 on emergency.
