Title:
TRANSMISSION FOR FORK-LIFT TRUCK
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6237543
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve lubricating capacity in a counter shaft, by forming an oil circulating passage in a bush member being interposingly inset between the counter shaft and a driving gear element and disposing and installing this driving gear element and a synchronizer immovably in an axial direction. CONSTITUTION:A backward gear 30, a forward gear 32, a low-speed driving gear 28, a high speed driving gear 24, etc., are pivotally installed each on a counter shaft 14 separately via bush members 38, 40, 42, and 44. And, synchronizers 34 and 36 are disposed and pivotally installed by these bush members 38, 40, 42 and 44 immovably in an axial direction. In these bush members 38, 40, 42 and 44, there are provided with a spiraled groove 54 and a radial hole 58 which lead lubricating oil filling up an empty space 46 into a spline 14a of the counter shaft 14 and put back the lubricating oil toward the space 46 after making it flow in an axial groove of this spline 14a.
