Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make efficiency of a system including a motor and a transmission gear always high in the transmission gear using the motor and differential mechanism for converting input energy into optimum output energy.
SOLUTION: A vehicle is provided with an engine 1 for generating driving energy, planetary gears 4, 6 composed of sun gears, planetary gears and ring gears, and motors 8, 9 for respectively controlling the sun gears. In the planetary gears 4, 6, the planetary gears are connected to an input shaft driven by the engine 1, and the ring gears are connected to an output shaft for driving wheels. Gear ratios from input to output of the planetary gears 4, 6 are set to different values.
