PURPOSE: To rapidly recover a transmission line by automatically discriminating an accident position based on trip information collected at the time of an accident, forming instructing sequence for separating a facility having the accident position and a power interruption transmission line recovery instructing sequence, and executing them.
CONSTITUTION: When a transmission line L2 and a bus B3 are interrupted due to the accident of a power system, information at the time of the accident is input to information collecting means 61 of a transmission line accident automatic recovery apparatus. An accident position is discriminated from the collected information in accident discriminating means 62, and whether the accident position is of a facility connected to the line L2 or not is discriminated by a connection discrimination. If it is discriminated that there is an accident, separation instructing sequence for tripping a circuit breaker CB32 is formed by separation instructing sequence forming means 64, a transmission line recovery instructing sequence for closing the breakers CB12, CB22 is formed by recovery instructing sequence forming means 65, and the instruction is executed by executing means 66.
