Abstract:
To provide a transmission line element and an electronic device which can increase variations in the capacitance to ground during signal transmission using a small size and a simple structure.
At least a part of a region corresponding to a hollow portion G in a conductive pattern layer 17 is displaceable with respect to a substrate surface by means of an electrostatic actuator including a lower electrode 121, an upper electrode 122 and a drive voltage supplier 19. Thus, the capacitance to ground with respect to the substrate surface can be easily varied in the conductive pattern layer 17 that serves as a signal line.
