Abstract:
To provide the structure of a transmission line type element having excellent decoupling characteristics over a wideband from several tens of kHz to several GHz, and its manufacturing method.
A microstrip line element is composed by forming a dielectric layer 20 which is formed by oxidizing, nitriding or oxynitriding a first electrode layer 10, a conductor layer 30 which is formed on the dielectric layer 20, and a second electrode layer 40 which is formed on the conductor layer 30 on the first electrode layer 10 composed of metal as a substrate. The conductor layer 30 is at least composed of conductor nanoparticles 32 and a binder resin 31.
