The input shaft 74 has an insertion part inserted into the inner ring, and rotates the inner ring by rotating around a rotary shaft of the ball bearing 81A. When the inner ring rotates, the respective rolling elements roll in response to rotation of the inner ring. The fitting member 83 for the output has a fitting part 831 fitted to the respective rolling elements. The output shaft 72 is rotated around a rotary shaft of the ball bering 81C by rotating around a rotary shaft of the ball bearing 81C in response to rolling of the respective rolling elements.
