Abstract:
To suppress consumption of a battery for an electronic control unit mounted on an electric vehicle in which a power supply switch for traveling is turned off in a home energy management system capable of charging a battery for driving mounted on the electric vehicle.SOLUTION: An HEMS 100 includes a control unit 40 installed in a residence 1, a battery 14 for driving and an ECU 12 mounted on an electric vehicle 5, a navigation ECU 16, and a battery 18 for an ECU. While the electric vehicle 5 is traveling, driving data and battery data on the battery 14 for driving are summarized in the navigation ECU 16 and transmitted to the control unit 40 periodically. While the electric vehicle 5 is parked in the residence 1, the navigation ECU 16 transitions to a sleep mode. The navigation ECU 16 cancels the sleep mode in response to a wake-up signal from the control unit 40, transmits the driving data and the battery data to the control unit 40, and then transitions to the sleep mode again.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
