Abstract:
PURPOSE: To effectively transmit information, which are asynchronously generated in each transmission period, to an external device without omission.
CONSTITUTION: The latest state of the change history in information of the same kind which are successively generated in each transmission period ΔT is stored in a state buffer 18, and the latest state stored in the state buffer 18 in each certain transmission period is transmitted to an external device 14 in the next transmission period. The state buffer 18 is initialized each time when the certain transmission period elapses.
