The receiver 2 displays the received multiplex information at a display part. At that time, in this transmission/ reception system, the identification information of a form for return is added to the information and transmitted from the transmitter. The receiver 2 receives the information and reads one of the required plural forms for the return stored in a ROM, corresponding to the added identification information. The user performs input to a document for the return, corresponding to the form for the return and transmits it to the trader 4 by a telephone line or the like.
