Abstract:
To provide: a transmission server which allows for data retransmission, efficiently by using communication, in response to a retransmission request from a receiving side based on coded data of error correction code used in digital broadcasting; a transmitter and a receiver related to digital broadcasting; and a program.SOLUTION: A transmission server 6 of the present invention receives code data related to digital broadcasting formed in a transmitter 2 (3) and saves the data of predetermined time; and retransmits the data to a receiver 5 when receiving a retransmission request packet, via an IP network 8. The transmitter 2 (3) of the present invention outputs the coded data sequentially to the transmission server 6. When it is determined that bit errors remain in subjecting the coded data obtained through the retransmission request to decoding processing, the receiver 5 of the present invention repeats, for a first predetermined time, the decoding processing again to share one with the larger absolute value of a post-LLR or pre-LLR via a broadcast transmission line and an IP network. Nevertheless, if bit errors cannot be corrected, then decoding processing through the retransmission request is again repeated for a second predetermined time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
