The information communication system includes: a portable telephone 10 provided with a data storing part 11, a data list transmitting part 13, and a data transmitting part 16; and a portable telephone 20 provided with a check list DB 21, and a data receiving part 26. The portable telephone 10 transmits the data list of contents data stored in the data storing part 11 to the portable telephone 20 by the data list transmitting part 13. The portable telephone 20 collates the data list with a check list stored in the check list DB 21, generates a request data, and transmits the request list to the portable telephone 10. The portable telephone 10 extracts contents data recorded in the received request list from the data storing part 11, and transmits them to the portable telephone 20. The portable telephone 20 receives contents data by the data receiving part 26.
