To transmit information contained in signals along a road by installing plural modules along the lane of the road at intervals, receiving input signals and transmitting output signals through respective reception parts and transmission parts.
A module 11 receives an input signal 12 through a reception part 13 in accordance with a prescribed radio system and outputs an output signal 15 from a transmission part 14 in accordance with the prescribed radio system. These plural modules 11 are installed along a center line 17 of a lane 16 on the road at intervals. Here, the reception part 13 of the i-th module receives the (i-1)-th output signal transmitted from the transmission part 14 provided at the (i-1)-th module 11 as the i-th input signal and transmits that output signal 15. Similarly, the (i+1)-th module outputs the (i+1)-th signal 15. Thus, by having the respective reception parts 13 and transmission parts 14 of plural modules 11 installed along the road perform input/output of the signals, the information is transmitted along the road.
