At receiving data from plural terminals 200, a base station 100 instructs respective terminals 200 to move transmission timing in order to intersect spread codes allocated to respective terminals 200 at right angles. The instruction is sent by inserting it into data generated by a transmission timing generation part 111 in the base station 100. In this case, training is executed between the base stations 100 and each terminal 200 and the transmission timing used as an initial value is stored in an initial value transmission timing storage part. The initial part of burst data sent from the terminal 200 uses the initial value obtained by training and a transmission timing generation part 12 outputs a transmission timing trigger to a transmission data generation part 14.
