Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the strength and the durability of a V-belt by constituting the V-belt having the tooth part meshed with a gear member installed onto the V-pulley so as not to be deformed when the gear member and the tooth part are meshed. CONSTITUTION:A V-belt 30 consists of an endless belt 56 and a V-shaped block 57 continuously arranged onto the belt. As for said endless belt 56, a rod 59 which has a semicircular section and is made of the resin material having little deformation is installed onto the inner peripheral surface of the endless belt 56 so that the both arms 59a and 59b project from the both sides of the endless belt 56. As for the V-shaped block 57, the upper parts of the both legs 57a and 57b are connected through a connection part 57c, and formed so that the sectional form inform is formed, and the outsides of the legs 57a and 57b are formed into the inclined surface 57d which is frictionally connected to the V-groove of a pulley, and the engagement holes 57e for the engagement with the both edges 59a and 59b of the rod 59 are formed in the lower parts of the both legs. The V-shaped block 57 is installed onto the endless belt 56 so that the rod edge parts 59a and 59b of the endless belt 56 are engaged into the engagement holes 57e.
