PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which can surely release the engagement of engagement teeth which are released in the engagement during a gear change, and gearing teeth of a transmission gear, in a transmission which can suppress the lack of torque during the gear change.SOLUTION: Since a first dog ring 50c and a second dog ring 52c are energized to a direction in which the dog rings approximate each other by a spring 78, when the first dog ring 50c is moved to a direction in which the first dog ring is separated from the second dog ring 52c, an energization force F generated by the spring 78 in a direction in which the second dog ring is drawn toward the first dog ring 50c side is imparted to the second dog ring 52c. Therefore, when the first dog ring 50c is moved to a direction in which the first dog ring is separated from the second dog ring 52c, the second dog ring 52c is drawn toward the first dog ring 50c side by the energization force F, and the engagement of third engagement teeth 72c of the second dog ring 52c and gearing teeth 70f of a first speed gear 30f is quickly released.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
