Abstract:
To provide a transmission having improved power transmitting efficiency.
The transmission comprises a casing 11, an output gear 14, a gear housing 15, an idler gear 13, and a shielding member 16. The output gear 14 is arranged in the casing 11. The gear housing 15 stores the output gear 14 and has an upward opened shape. The idler gear 13 is arranged eccentrically to one side right over the axial center of the output gear 14 for meshing with the output gear 14. The shielding member 16 is arranged to cover the upper side of a portion of the gear housing 15 located on the other side beyond the axial center of the output gear 14.
