To eliminate the need of a bearing of a large capacity or a bushing by eliminating a fulcrum to which the load of a connecting rod is applied, in a transmission in which the oscillating motion of the connecting rod eccentrically connected to an input shaft is converted into an intermittent rotation of an output shaft via a one-way clutch.
As the eccentricity of an eccentric disk 17 with respect to an axial line L1 of the input shaft 11 is changed by a gear shift actuator, the oscillating angle of the connecting rod 18 is changed, and the reciprocating rotation angle of an oscillating member 20 is increased/decreased, so that the gear ratio between the input shaft 11 and the output shaft 12 can be changed. Since a guide shaft 18b of the connecting rod 18 is slidably engaged with a guide hole 20a of the oscillating member 20, it is unnecessary to connect the connecting rod 18 to a drive member 22 at the fulcrum, which eliminates the need of the bearing of a large capacity or the bushing for supporting the load concentrated to the fulcrum.
