Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the number of transmission gear types to be prepared as securing a lot of alterable transmission gear ratios by dividing the transmission gear into two parts, forming each engaged part in both these halved gears, and in the case where these engaged parts are attached to a shift shaft in a state of having them engaged with each other, making both these gears so as to be shifted together.
CONSTITUTION: A transmission gear 13 with intermeshing gears 16e, 17e is attached to a shift shaft 2 slidably in the axial direction and so as to be rotated together with this shift shaft 2, and a shift groove 18a, where a shift form 18 is inserted, is formed in an interval between these intermeshing gears 16e and 17e. Then, the transmission gear 13 is halved into a gear 16 with the intermeshing gear 16e and a gear 17 with the intermeshing gear 17e. Here, two engaged gears 16b, 17b are formed in boss parts 16a, 17a of these gears 16 and 17, and these engaged gears 16b, 17b are engaged with each other, whereby these gears 16, 17 are unified as one body while the shift groove 18a is composed of these boss parts 16a, 17a themselves.
