Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify processing for transmitting data and to easily perform the addition or the deletion of transmission target data and a change of a transmission timing.
SOLUTION: In the electronic control unit wherein two microcomputers perform control processing while performing communications, a RAM of each microcomputer is provided with a data buffer 31 for storing data to be transmitted every 8 ms, a data buffer 32 for storing data to be transmitted at the interval of 16 ms and a data buffer 33 for storing data to be transmitted in a timing of every 16 ms different from that of the data buffer 32. Each time the transmission timing of every 8 ms comes, each microcomputer transfers the data in the data buffer 31 to a transmission buffer 41 and transfers the data in the data buffer 32 and the data in the data buffer 33 alternately to the transmission buffer 41. Besides, an ID representing contents of data transmitted at that time is transferred to the transmission buffer 41 as well.
